The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nation Builders Corps (NABCO), Dr. Ibrahim Anyars on Tuesday said there is an exit plan for NABCO personnel’s. He said an exit plan formed an integral part of the programme. The programmes seeks to add value and channel personnel unto their preferred career paths.
He stated ”Personnel at the end of the programme would become better for the job market,”
Dr. Anyars mention this at a graduation ceremony in Accra. This ceremony was held for NABCO personnel who had successfully completed courses.
NABCO has come out with the NABCO Trainees Career Pathway Transition Processing Portal. A programme designed for NABCO personnel as they enter into the final 12 months of the programme.
NABCO Trainees Career Pathway Transition Processing Portal is an online platform created for personnel to upload their profile.
Nation Builders would be able make personal choices into the next face of their careers and ensure a fair selection process.
The AITI-KACe Director-General, Mr Kwasi Adu-Gyan described the partnership with NABCO as natural. The mandate is to bridge the gap between academia and industry and to prepare graduates in the various career choices.
The courses included Financial Management, Human Resources, Marketing Management, Data Analysis amongst others.
Director for Business Research and Skill Development, Mr Bowan Mubarak said about 33,000 personnel registered for the programme.
Personnel from the Northern belt, Middle belt and the Coastal belt had successfully graduated from the programme.
Government paid for all the certificates graduates received.
A graduate in Marketing Management course, Ms Helina Oforiwaa was happy to have taken part of the programme. As it gave her more insight into how to properly apply marketing tools and branding of products.
She described the programme as a very flexible and very interactive one. Citing that the lecturer was very impactful.
