Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified candidates for Estate Officer At National Sports Authority.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage the estates unit
  2. Lead the provision of technical support in the periodic maintenance of the property
  3. Provide technical support in the preparation of budget estimates for works on building/equipment
  4. Inspect sanitation and maintenance of Estates
  5. Supervise furnishing of offices and residential accommodation
  6. Submit periodic reports on the maintenance of the property
  7. Ensure supply of reliable utility services
  8. Ensure staff appraisals are carried out in a timely matter
  9. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Manager or Director

QUALIFICATION

  • Must have a good first Degree/HND
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the area of expertise.
  • Age 22-35Competencies in:
    1. Leadership skills
    2. Computer literacy
    3. Financial administration procedures and procurement processes.
    4. Skills in strategic and project management
    5. Analytical skills
    6. Required knowledge in relevant computer application
    7. Report writing skills
    8. Inter-personal and communication skills
