Sudan National, Mohammed Abdelahman was the player tuat secured this late win for his country at 90+2.
Host, Sudan proved to be the better side as they dominated the game well until they finally won when the match was about ending.
The goal scorer, Abdelrahman received a wonderful cross from the right and scored with his head.
Ghana barely created opportunities in the game and this has encouraged them to work hard in future endeavors.
