Goal Consult is in search of a talented and motivated individual for the post of Call Centre Manager in one of our offices in Accra, Ghana.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • HND or 1st Degree Holder
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years Experience in Call Centre Management
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong coaching and leadership Skills
  • Proficiency with necessary Technology including Software Applications
  • Polite and Professional Phone Voice
  • Able to Hire, Train, Coach and lead Call Centre Representatives
  • Assisting other Management team members in identifying trends and establishing Call Center goals
  • Other Administrative Duties
