After loosing such a competitive election, actor turned politician, John Dumelo has penned down a lovely one to his fans and people in his constituency.
John Dumelo contested for the parliamentary seat of Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency and lost to Lydia Alhassan.
In a post sighted on his Instagram page, he has stated that he is going back to his farming business.
He added that he’ll continue engaging people, helping entrepreneurs and touching the lives of as many Ghanaians.
The actor thanked and appreciated all over 37,000 people who gave him their votes.
He also hopped to work hard next time to prove himself worthy for those who didn’t vote for him to vote another time.
John Dumelo said he may not be satisfied with the results and irregularities but before everything else, he’s a Ghanaian and will always put people first.
He said that he’s ready to make the Ayawaso West Constituency the greatest.
Above all, he thanked the Almighty God for bringing him this far and asked for God’s blessing for his supporters.
This post tells that John Dumelo has conceded defeat in the elections.
The interesting part is he may come back into the race again.
He laid that where he looses, he comes back hard. It wouldn’t be surprising if he is seen once again contesting for his constituency.
