Reports circulating on social media has it that residents of Kasoa and Tema have started queuing ahead of the December 7 elections.
This is news circulating wide on social media and has been spotted by Newsatgh.
Some residents in the above mentioned areas have started queuing at their various polling stations.
Recall that months ago, when Ghanaians were given the chance to register for Ghana Card; residents of many areas were finding it difficult to register because the people were many.
Some residents had to queue at night before they could register for the Ghana card. Some people too had to wait for two to three days before getting the chance to register.
According to the reports circulating, it is possible they the residents are queuing because of the perceived past experience.
This decision taken by these residents is to enable them vote very early and fast when the time is up for voting.
The news, although not confirmed, has really circulated across all social media platforms.
If indeed these residents are have queued at their respective polling stations, it’s tipped that there’s going to be a huge turn out in this year’s election.
Many people have also predicted massive win for their respective political parties currently going viral online.
Although there are 12 presidential candidates, the election is seen to be a two horse race.
A competition between the NPP led by President Nana Addo and the NDC led by John Mahama.
