“My respect for you is to the roof”, Iona tells Wendy Shay as she apologizes
Ghanaian singer, Iona Reine has prayed the self-acclaimed Queen of Ghana Music, Wendy Shay to forgive her as the year comes to an ends.
Earlier this year, Iona threw shades at the Rufftown record label signee on Kingdom Plus FM in an interview with Fiifi Prat. She jabbed Wendy Addo, Popularly known as Wendy Shay stating that she looks too fake. In addition, the young Ghanaian musician stressed that most of the things the afropop and afrobeats singer,Wendy, does on social media are not real. Iona as well advised Wendy to stop living a fake life.
Nonetheless, a recent post by Iona Reine, sighted by our news team has a heartfelt apology directed at Wendy Shay. The post is available on her Instagram page. She began her wrote up with a thankful; heart. She said that Christmas is a season of joy, merry making and thanksgiving for all the blessings in our lives. “A time to forgive and be forgiven”, she went on. She indicated that Wendy Shay is the last person on her list of people she is seeking forgiveness from. “Sorry for my ignorance at the time now I know better my respect for you is to the roof”, she ended her apology. As it stands now, Wendy Shay has not reacted to the post.
