The Communications Director for NDC, Sammy Gyamfi has come out replying their critics that they should not tell them what to do.

It has been noticed recently that after the NDC rejected the declaration made by the EC on the polls, some of their supporters have been seen protesting against the EC which have tried causing chaos.

This development triggered certain personalities and stakeholders to advice the NDC on using appropriate proceedures to address their issue.

Some presidential candidates of the just ended polls also called the NDC to take appropriate measures.

They all advised that instead of causing chaos with protests and making noise, it will be better to go to court.

The NDC after noticing everyone calling on them, decided to react in a press briefing.

Speaking at the press briefing in Accra, Sammy Gyamfi stated that the party is not in the rush to go to court.

He however stated hat they will consider going to court after auditing their results.

According to the communicator, demonstrating and protesting against election results is legal.

They have the right to do so while going to court is an option.

He said they are not in a rush for they are patiently planning things.

He then asked people not to tell the NDC to go to court because they are not advisors.

“No one should tell us to go to court. We will protest against the flawed election results today, tomorrow and the day after” Sammy Gyamfi said.

He said they will only go to court after they are done with the auditing of their figures.
